Terms of Service — Holosbiblion™
- Seller. Hightmark (Pty) Ltd, imprint Olam Hagios, brand Holosbiblion™ (reg 2026/430613/07), South Africa.
- Products. Digital reading and study materials. Descriptions and previews are provided in good faith.
- Licence. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the files. No resale, redistribution, or public posting. See the included personal-use licence in each product.
- Intellectual property. Original translation expression, arrangement, compilation, formatting, design, and the Holosbiblion / Olam Hagios marks are owned by Hightmark (Pty) Ltd. Underlying ancient and public-domain texts are not claimed as owned.
- Pricing & currency. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) for every country — a single global price with no regional localization. Your card or PayPal performs any conversion. Taxes and fees per the checkout provider.
- Delivery. Electronic delivery to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep your download.
- Refunds. Per the Digital Product & Refund Policy.
- Community & comments. Blog comments are moderated. Be respectful; no unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful use; no misrepresentation of the works.
- Liability. Products and site are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; non-excludable consumer rights are unaffected.
- Governing law. South Africa, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer protections of the buyer.
