Holosbiblion Founding Affiliate Program
Holosbiblion Founding Affiliate Partnership — United States & United Kingdom
Effective 4 September 2026.
The Holosbiblion™ Founding Affiliate Program is a selective first-party partnership for approved creators, educators, reviewers, pastors, study leaders, researchers, publishers and faith communities primarily based in the United States or United Kingdom. It is operated directly by Hightmark (Pty) Ltd through the Olam Hagios imprint and Holosbiblion™ brand.
Founding Partners are being recruited to help establish Holosbiblion in its priority US and UK markets while the publishing ecosystem expands from the flagship chronological Bible into wider-canon editions, study systems, source records, digital bundles, educational resources, premium publications and future qualifying releases.
Founding commercial terms
- Commission rate: 50% of commissionable revenue from every qualifying eligible sale attributed to the partner during the applicable programme rules.
- Standard prices: the full 50% commission rate applies to eligible products sold at their standard retail price.
- Promotional prices: the full 50% commission rate also applies when an eligible product is sold at an authorised promotional, launch, campaign or discounted price. The promotional price changes the commission base, not the 50% rate.
- Contract term: three months from partner activation.
- Renewal: renewable in successive three-month terms by written confirmation. A renewed Founding Partner term continues at the 50% rate unless replacement terms are mutually agreed in writing.
- Attribution window: 60 days from the last valid eligible affiliate referral.
- Earnings cap: none.
- Mandatory sales quota: none.
- Commission hold: qualifying commissions remain pending for 30 days before becoming payable, subject to refund, cancellation, chargeback and fraud review.
- Payout cycle: monthly after the approved payable balance reaches US$50. If a partnership ends in good standing with an approved balance below the threshold, that approved balance remains payable on the next normal payout cycle after final validation.
Commission calculation
Commissionable Revenue = the eligible product amount actually paid by the customer after authorised product discounts, less any eligible refunded or reversed product revenue.
Affiliate Commission = Commissionable Revenue × 50%.
Taxes, VAT or sales tax, shipping or delivery charges, gift-card purchases, cancelled items, test transactions, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks and refunded amounts are excluded from the commission base. Payment-processing or ordinary store operating costs do not reduce the stated 50% rate against otherwise commissionable product revenue.
If an order contains both eligible and ineligible items, commission is calculated only on the eligible product revenue. Where an eligible order is partially refunded, the related commission is reduced proportionally rather than cancelling unaffected eligible revenue.
Example principle: if an eligible product moves from its standard price to an authorised promotional price, the partner still earns 50%; the calculation is simply made from the promotional product amount actually paid.
Eligible catalogue and scaling opportunity
The programme is designed around a growing Holosbiblion publishing ecosystem rather than a single-book campaign. Approved partners may be assigned qualifying products including the Complete 130-Book Chronological Bible, study packs, reading systems, source records, workbooks, approved digital bundles and other products designated as affiliate-eligible.
As Holosbiblion expands into additional canon-specific editions, wider ancient-text collections, source and reference products, educational resources, premium physical publications, collector products and future releases, qualifying products may be added to the partner catalogue. The 50% rate applies to products expressly included within the Founding Affiliate Program unless a separate written agreement governs a special transaction or product class.
Custom wholesale, institutional, licensing or bulk transactions that are individually negotiated outside ordinary store pricing are not automatically commissionable under the standard affiliate formula. Where a partner originates such an opportunity, Hightmark may establish separate written referral compensation before the transaction is concluded.
Orders completed on external marketplaces are not automatically attributable through the Holosbiblion first-party affiliate system unless a specific campaign or tracking arrangement expressly includes them.
How attribution works
Each approved partner receives a unique referral identity such as HB-A7K92 and a referral URL such as holosbiblion.com/?ref=HB-A7K92. The referral link is the primary attribution method.
The default attribution model is the last valid affiliate referral within the 60-day attribution window. A later genuine referral from another approved affiliate may replace an earlier affiliate referral. Forced redirects, cookie stuffing, fabricated clicks or other attempts to overwrite attribution are prohibited and do not create valid attribution.
Where issued, an affiliate coupon or promotional code may act as a fallback attribution method when no valid tracked affiliate referral already exists. A fallback code does not overwrite an existing valid referral attribution. If the code also gives the customer an authorised promotional price, the partner's commission remains 50% of the resulting commissionable product revenue.
Cookies, consent and privacy-aware tracking
Holosbiblion may use first-party browser attribution and Shopify order-level information to associate qualifying sales with approved partners. Persistent non-essential affiliate tracking is used only where the visitor's applicable privacy and consent state permits it.
Where a visitor rejects non-essential tracking, the Holosbiblion store remains accessible and usable. Persistent browser attribution may be unavailable, but an approved partner code may still provide order-level attribution where the programme rules permit it.
Affiliate attribution may persist for up to 60 days after a valid referral. Where accepted attribution is available, referral information may also be attached to the Shopify cart and resulting order so that the order record, rather than a browser cookie alone, supports the commission audit trail.
Affiliates are not entitled to receive customer-level personal information merely because a sale is attributed to them. Partner reporting may provide the information reasonably necessary to understand attributed orders, commission status and payouts without exposing unnecessary customer data.
Contract term, expiry and renewal
A Founding Affiliate Partnership becomes active only after Holosbiblion confirms approval and the applicable affiliate agreement is accepted or executed. The initial term lasts three months from the activation date.
Renewal is not assumed merely because a referral link remains technically accessible. A partnership may be renewed for another three-month term when both parties confirm continuation. During each renewed Founding Partner term, the 50% commission rate continues unless both parties agree in writing to replacement terms.
When a partnership reaches its natural expiry or is not renewed while the partner remains in good standing, valid referrals created during the active term may continue through the remainder of their original 60-day attribution window. No new referral attribution is created from promotional activity carried out after the partner's participation has ended.
Commissions lawfully earned from qualifying orders before or after natural expiry remain payable after the contract term ends, subject to the normal validation, refund, chargeback and fraud rules. Termination for fraud, deliberate manipulation or material breach may result in affected commissions being held, reversed or refused following review.
Commission validation and payout
A qualifying paid order creates a Pending commission entry. The normal commission lifecycle is Pending → Approved → Payable → Paid.
The 30-day pending period allows Holosbiblion to account for refunds, cancellations, payment reversals, chargebacks, fraud and other transaction corrections. Approved commission balances are included in the programme's monthly payout cycle once the US$50 threshold is reached.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for their own tax, reporting and regulatory obligations in their jurisdiction. Hightmark may request information reasonably necessary to process lawful partner payments.
Promotion and disclosure standards
Partners may promote Holosbiblion through channels appropriate to their audience, including videos, podcasts, newsletters, articles, websites, resource pages, social media, livestreams, Bible-study content, educational material and personal recommendations.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial or affiliate relationship with Holosbiblion wherever disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation or platform rules. Affiliate disclosures must not be deliberately hidden, misleading or presented in a way that falsely suggests an independent recommendation where a commission relationship exists.
Partners must accurately represent Holosbiblion products, prices, formats, delivery terms, source posture and canon position. Holosbiblion does not authorise fabricated history, false theological claims, fake testimonials, misleading scarcity, deceptive pricing, impersonation or claims the project itself does not make.
Programme integrity
The following are prohibited: spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, falsified traffic, automated fake traffic, self-referral schemes, fraudulent transactions, unauthorised use of another partner's referral identity, impersonation, deliberate attribution overwriting, unauthorised paid bidding on protected Holosbiblion, Olam Hagios or Hightmark brand terms, and any promotion that materially misrepresents the product or partnership.
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases or manufacture transactions for the purpose of generating commission. Holosbiblion may hold, reverse or refuse commissions directly connected to fraud, abuse, prohibited promotion, chargebacks or material violations of the programme or signed agreement.
Programme records and precedence
Attributed orders, commission calculations, adjustments, renewals and payout records are retained as part of the Holosbiblion affiliate ledger. The Shopify order and programme ledger are the primary financial records for commission validation; a browser cookie by itself is not proof of a payable commission.
This public policy describes the standard Founding Affiliate Program. An individual written affiliate agreement may add partner-specific campaign details. If an executed individual agreement expressly conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement governs that partner to the extent of the conflict.
Material changes to the public programme do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on valid qualifying sales. The 50% Founding Partner rate for an active three-month term will not be reduced during that term without the partner's written agreement.
