Digital Product & Refund Policy

Nature of goods. Holosbiblion™ products are digital downloads (EPUB, PDF and data files) delivered electronically. No physical item ships.

Access. After a completed purchase, your download is delivered to the email address supplied at checkout.

Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
EU/UK buyers: by completing the purchase and beginning the download, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is waived once download begins (EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK CCRs).
Faulty or misdescribed files (corrupt, won't open, wrong file delivered): contact us within 14 days for a repaired file or, if unresolved, a refund. This does not limit non-excludable consumer-law rights (e.g. SA CPA, UK CRA 2015, EU rules).
Duplicate or accidental purchases: contact us promptly.
